I understand that "The Chopras" process applications to All Universities. I also understand & certify that in the event of my applying directly or through third parties, I will do so with reference to "The Chopras" who I am treating as my Primary Counselors, and will copy all correspondence, electronic or otherwise to "The Chopras". In the event of my not doing so, this Authority remains valid and the operative document superceding any other "Agents". This remains my authority even if i apply directly on-line to any Universities counseled by "The Chopras".
